About Us
Firstly, we are professionally manufacturer for the medium & high level NdFeB Magnets in Ningbo, China and the main grade for our products have from N35 to N52, N35M to N50M, N35H to N48H, N33SH to N45SH, N33UH to N42UH & N30EH to N38EH. The ordinary coatings have NiCuNi, Zinc(3+Cr) and Epoxy etc. The main applications of NdFeB magnets include: aerospace, motors for cars, speakers for mobile phones, computers, wind generators, speakers and magnetic seperators etc. Secondly, we manufacture and develop all kinds of custom-made Magnetic Assemblies, such as magnetic rotors for motors, magnetic couplings, magnetic components for cars and badge magnets etc. Finally, we also emphasize on producing high quality custom-made Machined Parts, such as turned parts, milled parts, CNC machined parts, plastic parts, punching parts, die-casting parts, casting parts, forging parts and gear machining etc. We guaranteed the quality of our products and help our clients to lower their cost and increase their market competition force.
We bey strict quality management systems and do inspection more strictly than customer's order request and we start our respect from raw material purchasing to finished products and every production process will be inspected and there are different persons who will be responsible for the problems. All products we make meet RoHS application without harmful materials. Our Company is planning to apply for ISO9001-2008 quality management systems. Currently we use the main testing equipment include Magnetic Property Test Machine, fluxmeter, gauss meter, Salt Spray Test Machine, Coating Thickness Testing Device, projector, inside micrometer, outside micrometer, Vernier calipers and go-no go gauge and hardness testing device etc.
